Visit Vietri sul Mare

Discover Vietri sul Mare: The Gateway to the Divine Coast

Just a ten-minute drive from our hotel, the spectacle of the Amalfi Coast unfolds—one of the most admired landscapes in the world. Welcoming travelers is Vietri sul Mare, the first village of the ‘Divina’, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site for its inestimable historical, artistic, and scenic value.

Strolling through the center, you will immediately notice the great artisanal tradition that has made Vietri internationally famous: its colorful ceramics, displayed in numerous workshops, reflect the light, the sea, and the colors of the Amalfi Coast.

Beyond the sea and the promenade where you can enjoy a gelato with a coastal view, Vietri preserves a deep religious and cultural soul. Worth a visit are the Church of Santa Margherita di Antiochia in the hamlet of Albori, the parish church of Raito, the Church of the Madonna delle Grazie in Benincasa, Villa Guariglia with its belvedere, the Tower of Marina di Vietri, the Belvedere Tower in Raito, the Tower of Dragonea, and the charming Molina Bridge.

During the summer and spring, don’t forget your swimsuit: the sea in Vietri is perfect for a refreshing dip or for setting off by boat to discover the coast. In April and May, however, the paths connecting the hamlets of Raito, Albori, and Dragonea offer unforgettable experiences amidst nature and breathtaking views. Walking among natural springs and valleys, you will reach the Avvocatella path, part of the famous Path of the Gods, where the vistas open onto truly divine and unparalleled views.

Visiting Vietri sul Mare means starting your journey along the Amalfi Coast with a concentration of art, tradition, sea, and nature: an experience to be lived with all your senses.
